I admire how Juliane goes the extra mile to make everyone feel that this isn't just a sanctuary, but a home, if they wish it to be while there - another portrayal of family in a positive light. Her connection with Sam is quite intriguing, and I love that she is able to really help him in a way that Dean can't. I think it's very important for Sam to have good connotations in his recovery with people he builds trust with on his own terms and that love him, no questions asked.
