Your description of their knives was once again stunning, and how Sam and Dean's love destroyed Azazel, so that even John had to face the truth about it - it was all perfect and utterly beautiful.
Bringing Adam into it was a great twist as well, I didn't expect that at all, but it really added to the story and exposed John yet again. The last sentence also drove that home so poignantly.
I feel like you keep outdoing yourself with every chapter, and it's glorious. :) Thank you so much for this gift of a story. As always, I'm in awe.
Edited to say that I just read it again, to savour every word without being so on edge. And yes, it is just as good as I thought. :) In fact, I think it gets even better with rereading...
