That's a great idea, author! I'm a new author myself, my genres of choice are horror 1st and self hair care books 2nd. I sell my books on Amazon and I do okay. I also buy most of my ebooks from there also.
You should maybe start off trying too sell yours there also, it wouldn't hurt. If you decide to sell this type of genre through somewhere/someone else, please give me a heads up so I can look up this and any other of your works. I would love too support you since you write what I like to read.
I often wonder why a lot of the authors of this fandom don't try to do the same thing you are about do. If that 'Fifty Shades..." newbie author woman can make multi-millions (she is worth over $15 million at the moment last I read), have some hotels take out the Bible and replace it with her books exclusively and even have her books turned into movies soon, you all can also.
Those of you writing novel length fics, though I adore the free reads, stop giving away your works for free. Some of you write too well not to get paid for it.
