maybe...or maybe you'll hit it big with the gay crowd. gay people are in the news heavy now. they want their rights too be known and acknowledged and their voices heard. they have the LOGO cable station as well as magazines and blogs all over the place. actors/actresses, singers, etc of all races are coming out like gag busters. LBGTQ preteens and young adults are looking for books with characters they can relate to. believe me, there is an audience out there for the m/m, f/f genre. just look at Ellora's Cave Epublishing.

don't sell yourself short, author. believe in yourself, imagine your books selling like hotcakes. put yourself out there, you may just be that pioneer in gay/lesbian fiction. no one else has really scratched the surface of this lucative genre yet. it might as well be you as anyone. have faith in yourself.
now, get out there and focus on making your millions so i can stand in line at your book signing soon and smugly tell folks i followed you back when you 'cut your novelist teeth' on livejournal.
