Wow, this chapter was really really fantastic. Dark, traumatic and broken - that's how it makes me see the boys without each other.
I am really loving the fierce protective and badass Dean in this. Vivid imagery. Yes, his violence and tenderness all stem from love for Sam.
And this, "tug him down with the force of a butterfly" - so beautiful and intimate.
Azazel...now we're getting somewhere! I keep wondering how you're going to play this, trying to map out in my head, but your brain far surpasses any guesses I would have.
